ReelJoy ("ReelJoy," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information when you use the ReelJoy mobile application and related services.
ReelJoy uses artificial intelligence to provide certain video, photo, and content creation features.
To provide these AI-powered features, ReelJoy uses WaveSpeed AI ("WaveSpeed"), a third-party AI service provider. Photos, videos, prompts, and other content that you submit for AI processing may be securely transmitted to WaveSpeed as necessary to provide the requested feature.
WaveSpeed processes submitted content on our behalf for the purpose of providing the requested AI service. We do not sell your uploaded content or use it for unrelated advertising purposes.
Certain ReelJoy features may process images containing faces or facial characteristics ("Face Data") to provide requested video or image generation and editing functions.
We retain Face Data and related uploaded images for no longer than 30 days. This retention is solely for providing the requested services, maintaining processing functionality, resolving technical issues, and protecting the security of our Services.
We do not sell Face Data, use it for advertising, use it to identify individuals, or create facial recognition databases.
After 30 days, applicable Face Data and related temporary content are deleted from our active systems, subject to limited retention in backups where necessary for security and disaster recovery.
Depending on how you use ReelJoy, we may collect:
· Photos, videos, prompts, and other content you voluntarily submit;
· Information required to process your requests;
· Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, and diagnostic information;
· Usage and technical information; and
· Purchase and subscription information provided through Apple's App Store.
We request access to Photos, Camera, or other device permissions only when required for the relevant feature.
We may use information to:
· Provide and operate ReelJoy;
· Process AI-generated videos, images, and other content;
· Improve app performance and functionality;
· Diagnose crashes and technical problems;
· Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
· Process subscriptions and purchases; and
· Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
We may use third-party providers, including AI, cloud infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, and other technical service providers, to operate ReelJoy.
Third-party providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us and are expected to maintain appropriate protections for user information.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your complete payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable refund policies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

ReelJoy is not intended for children where the collection or processing of their information is prohibited by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for purposes unrelated to providing the Services.
